1. Enterprises include incorporated or registered entities (such as company, sole-proprietorship, partnership, association or society, etc) and has revenue or employment in the reference period. Ministries, statutory boards, and government/government-aided schools are excluded.
2. Employment of enterprises excludes migrant domestic workers, own-account workers and contributing family workers.
3. Value-added of enterprises excludes ownership of dwellings.
4. Data may not add up due to rounding.
5. Revisions to the estimates are due to the incorporation of additional data sources, and methodological reviews undertaken to align with international standards and best practices. Revisions to the employment estimates are also due to a refinement of the scope to exclude own-account workers and contributing family workers, whose business or trade are not incorporated or registered entities with a Unique Enterprise Number. This aligns with the scope of enterprises.
