Data on grassroots organisations are provided by the People’s Association (PA).
Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and PA provide statistics on volunteers.
Data on childcare centres and kindergartens are provided by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), which is the regulatory and developmental agency for the early childhood sector in Singapore, and the Ministry of Education (MOE), which operates MOE Kindergartens.
MSF provides data on ComCare Schemes, Family Service Centres and Student Care Centres that are registered with MSF to administer the ComCare Student Care Fee Assistance Scheme.
Ministry of Health (MOH) provides data on Senior Activity Centres (SACs) and Active Ageing Centres (AACs). SACs are drop-in centres that provide information and referral as well as activities to support and engage vulnerable and socially-isolated seniors living in HDB rental flats. AACs take on a population-based approach to support seniors across the socio-economic spectrum, beyond HDB rental flats. AACs aim to deliver a suite of "ABC + 2S" services, namely Active ageing programmes, Befriending/buddying support, info and referral to Care services, serve as the Social Connector for Social and Lifestyle interventions and serve as community nodes for Community Screening.

CCC-Area Sub Committees * Citizens' Consultative Committee area committees started in 1983.
Community Club Management Committees
Residents' Committees/Residents' Networks/Neighbourhood Committees * Residents' Networks were formed in 2018. Neighbourhood Committees were formed in May 1998.
Malay Activity Executive Committees * Malay Activity Executive Committees were formed in 1995.
Indian Activity Executive Committees * Indian Activity Executive Committees were formed in 1998.
Senior Citizens' Executive Committees * Senior Citizens' Executive Committees started in 1986.
Youth Executive Committees/Youth Networks * Youth Networks were formed in 2019. T-Net Club Management Committee merged with Youth Networks in 2020.
Women's Executive Committees
Community Emergency And Engagement Committees * Civil Defence Executive Committees were formed in August 1998. PA renamed the Civil Defence Executive Committee to Community Emergency and Engagement Committee in 2009.
Community Sports Clubs/Community Sports Networks * The People's Association (PA) took over the management of the Constituency Sports Club on 1 October 2002. Constitutency Sports Clubs has been renamed to Community Sports Clubs in 2011. Community Sports Networks were formed in 2021.
T-Net Club Management Committees * This series has been discontinued. Boys' Club management committees were formed in 1996. It has been renamed T-Net Club with effect from 1 November 2002.
Building Fund Committees * Building fund committees were formed in 1977.
